The Certification Board has announced the denial for an extension of the BSN requirement for CRNFA. Stating that "one extension has already been granted and elapsed. We see no reason to extend the deadline again. In light of the recent legislative move to add the CRNFA to the Medicare payee list, another extension of the BSN requirement would be detrimental." The deadline for submittal of testing applications was August 31,1999 in order to test before the year 2000.
