Orthopaedics

Do your knees 'pop' when you kneel down?  Cartilage on the bearing surfaces of your knees begins to wear down leaving pieces of cartilage to catch in the joint and cause more damage.  As the cartilage wears or tears away, it leaves the boney surfaces of the knee to grind together and cause pain.

Knee arthroscopy can be done with three very small incisions.  By smoothing the rough edges on the torn cartilage, movement without pain is restored

Joints of the body are subject to wear, and with today's technological advancements in medicine, most of those joints can be either improved or replaced.

If you think you are in need of an orthopaedist, please call me and schedule an appointment.  Most insurances are accepted and our staff will pre-certify any procedures that you need done.
