TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(1) OKC Doctors.com exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information on this site. OKC Doctors.com service is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. OKC Doctors.com makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service It is providing. OKC Doctors.com also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. International Center for Medical Specialties will not be responsible: for any damage you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions. Use of any information obtained via the OKC Doctors.com System is at your own risk. OKC Doctors.com specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.

(2)The OKC Doctors.com System may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any US or state regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OKC Doctors.com from any claims resulting from your use of the service which damages you or another party.

(3)Any use of the OKC Doctors.com System must comply with the rules and laws appropriate for that use. Use of the OKC Doctors.com System itself may be for any lawful purpose. Use of the OKC Doctors.com System for lawful commercial purposes is both permitted and encouraged.

(4)User is responsible for all of User's account(s) and for the content of their individual web site.

(5) This contract is for a term of 12 months (1 year) from the original date of link publication to the site.  The fee of  $100/month is billed semi-annually and must be paid in advance to maintain service. 

(6)Payment is due 30 days after date of invoice. Accounts are in default if payment is not received within 30 days after date of invoice, If your payment is returned to us unpaid you are immediately in default and subject to a returned check charge of $25 from OKC Doctors.com. Accounts unpaid 60 days after date of invoice may have their service interrupted. Such interruption does not relieve you from the obligation to pay the monthly charge. Only a written request to terminate your service relieves you of your obligation to pay the monthly account charge. Accounts in default are subject to an interest charge of 1.75% per month on the outstanding balance. If your state law does not allow an interest rate of 1.75% per month, the maximum allowable rate for your state will be charged, If you default, you agree to pay OKC Doctors.com its reasonable expenses, including attorney and collection agency fees, incurred in enforcing its rights under these Terms and Conditions.

(7)The User certifies that he/she is older than 21 years of age and is legally responsible for all debts incurred under this agreement and has clear rights to any and all material submitted for publication under U.S. copyright law.

(8)Billing for OKC Doctors.com service will start when the web site or link is published to the Internet.. Service is invoiced in advance and may be canceled in writing with 60 days notice with no penalty. OKC Doctors.com reserves the right to change the rates by notifying you 60 days in advance of the effective date of change.

(9) OKC Doctors.com at its sole business judgment may terminate this Membership Agreement immediately or suspend User's access to the service upon any breach of this Membership Agreement by User.

(10) OKC Doctors.com, reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions either by written or electronic notification. User's use of the OKC Doctors.com System after such notice shall constitute User's acceptance of the modifications to this Agreement.

(11) Non-enforcement of any section of this Agreement does not constitute consent and OKC Doctors.com, reserves the right to enforce this Agreement in whole or in part at its sole discretion.

(12) If any one or more paragraphs in this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, User's agreement with OKC Doctors.com on all other paragraphs shall remain valid.

(13) These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail not withstanding any- variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted.

(14) This agreement is with Dennis L. Wiltfong, doing business as  OKC Doctors.com. All checks and payments are to be made to OKC Doctors.com.

(15) User is responsible for all local, long distance telephone charges and any fees or charges for Internet access for connecting to the OKC Doctors.com System.

(16) Webpage creation service is charged independently to OKC Doctors.com webpage finder service and those rates vary on the depth of Internet presence presented.  A form webpage will be published with your practice information within 48 hours.  Within 7 days, proofs will be presented for your approval for your completed webpage.  Completed pages and updates will be published in a timely manner.
